New patio installation completed by our patio builders in Crawley. Original patio was a two tiered slabbed patio area with an old brick faced wall dividing them as the step down.
We replaced the entire area and knocked down the old wall and step. These were rebuilt using a concrete block instead and rendered with a concrete finish.
The rest of the area was back filled with Type 1 MOT foundation and compacted solid. We put in a membrane weed block and laid down a mortar bed.
The 2 patio areas were filled in with 4 sized sandstone including capping the steps off with a matching slab which was cut to fit with a slight overhang on it.
